Beautiful pieces that don't need gold to earn their place. Kundan, Polki and Zirconia jewellery curated from Jaipur's finest artisans — styled for the modern Indian woman who wants to stand out, not blend in.
Mrudula Murali knows that feeling. You're dressed perfectly for the evening — the kurta is right, the hair is done — and then you open your jewellery box and nothing fits the moment. Everything is either too traditional, too expensive, or too gold.
That was the problem Mrudula decided to solve. An actress with an eye for styling, she spent years searching for jewellery that was contemporary without being Western, luxurious without being unaffordable, and beautiful without needing yellow gold as its foundation.
She didn't find it. So she built it. Pure Allure started as a curation project — a personal edit of the best Kundan, Polki and Zirconia pieces sourced from Jaipur's traditional workshops. Word spread on Instagram. Then 10,000 followers became 72,000.
Today, Pure Allure has its flagship studio at Panampilly Nagar, Kochi — a space where you can come in, try pieces on, and leave with something that feels made for you. Because in a way, it was. Every piece is chosen by someone who wears what she sells.
Contemporary pieces that live at the intersection of heritage craft and modern style.
Kundan, Polki and Zirconia give you the look of heirloom jewellery — without the commodity price of gold or the weight that makes you rethink wearing it.
Every piece is sourced by Mrudula directly from Jaipur's traditional craftsmen — the same ateliers that supply the finest bridal houses in India. Zero middlemen.
Mrudula doesn't buy what she wouldn't wear herself. Every piece on these shelves has passed the real test — worn on set, to events, to weddings — before it reached you.
Pieces designed to pair as easily with a sari or lehenga as they do with a blazer or maxi dress. Because the modern Indian woman dresses for both — sometimes in the same day.
Statement necklaces and earrings in the traditional glass-and-foil Kundan setting. Rajasthan craft, Kochi-curated.
Natural uncut diamond-style stones in white rhodium finish. The quiet luxury of Polki without the Polki price.
CZ stones in sterling silver and white-gold plated finishes. Everyday luxury that doesn't ask you to be careful about it.
Oversized, handcrafted jhumkas in oxidised and polished German silver. The kind that start conversations at every wedding.
South Indian kemp stones and handpainted enamel pieces with temple-inspired motifs. Heritage that wears well into the present.
A personal session with our team to find the right pieces for your trousseau, event or everyday wardrobe. By appointment.
A selection from the current edit — styled and shot in Kochi. Each piece is available to try at the Panampilly Nagar studio.
I wore a Pure Allure Kundan set to my cousin's wedding — every aunty asked me where it was from. The quality at this price point is genuinely unmatched.
Mrudula helped me pick pieces for my sangeet that worked with both my traditional silk and the after-party outfit. That's the kind of curation you can't get from a catalogue.
I was sceptical about non-gold jewellery lasting. A year later the Polki set still looks exactly as it did the day I bought it. Will keep coming back.
The German silver jhumkas I got here have become my signature piece. Everyone asks if they're custom. In a way they are — she picks everything herself.

Kundan uses glass stones set in gold foil on a lac base — it's the traditional Rajasthani technique. Polki uses uncut rough diamonds (or diamond-style stones) in a foil setting. Both are heritage crafts; Kundan tends to be more colourful, Polki more subtle and refined. We stock both so you can compare in person at the studio.

Keep pieces away from water, perfume and lotions — put them on last, take them off first. Store in a soft pouch or box to prevent scratching. Kundan and Polki pieces should be kept flat; avoid stacking with harder metals. Occasional gentle wiping with a dry soft cloth keeps the shine fresh.
We accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase for studio purchases, provided the piece is unworn and in original condition. For shipped orders, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we'll work it out. We want you to love what you buy.
