Mrudula Murali knows that feeling. You're dressed perfectly for the evening — the kurta is right, the hair is done — and then you open your jewellery box and nothing fits the moment. Everything is either too traditional, too expensive, or too gold.
That was the problem Mrudula decided to solve. An actress with an eye for styling, she spent years searching for jewellery that was contemporary without being Western, luxurious without being unaffordable, and beautiful without needing yellow gold as its foundation.
She didn't find it. So she built it. Pure Allure started as a curation project — a personal edit of the best Kundan, Polki and Zirconia pieces sourced from Jaipur's traditional workshops. Word spread on Instagram. Then 10,000 followers became 72,000.
Today, Pure Allure has its flagship studio at Panampilly Nagar, Kochi — a space where you can come in, try pieces on, and leave with something that feels made for you. Because in a way, it was. Every piece is chosen by someone who wears what she sells.

Kundan uses glass stones set in gold foil on a lac base — it's the traditional Rajasthani technique. Polki uses uncut rough diamonds (or diamond-style stones) in a foil setting. Both are heritage crafts; Kundan tends to be more colourful, Polki more subtle and refined. We stock both so you can compare in person at the studio.
Most of our German silver and Zirconia pieces use nickel-free alloys and are safe for most skin types. If you have a known sensitivity, let us know when you visit or message us before ordering — we'll guide you to the most skin-friendly options in the current collection.
Yes, for bulk orders and trousseau sets. We can work with you to source specific combinations of stones and settings from our Jaipur partners. Custom orders typically take 3–4 weeks. Book a styling session below to discuss what you have in mind.
Keep pieces away from water, perfume and lotions — put them on last, take them off first. Store in a soft pouch or box to prevent scratching. Kundan and Polki pieces should be kept flat; avoid stacking with harder metals. Occasional gentle wiping with a dry soft cloth keeps the shine fresh.
We accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase for studio purchases, provided the piece is unworn and in original condition. For shipped orders, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we'll work it out. We want you to love what you buy.
